Clancy Real Estate has closed forty homes during the same period with ten sales pending waiting confirmation.

"We have seen an increase in the number of homes we have sold in 2011 to the same time period in 2010. Last year the market was very sluggish the first quarter of the year, this year we have been busy," said Kevin Clancy, Broker, and Owner Clancy Real Estate.
