Kristen Hess - Operations Manager
Kristen is a licensed agent and brings over 12 years of real estate and office management experience to Clancy Real Estate. She is a main point of contact with our firm. Kristen helps resolve mortgage, home inspection and title issues as they arise in order to keep the transaction on track. She specializes in thinking “outside the box” to keep your purchase/sale moving forward. Prior to real estate Kristen has a background in Human Resources. Her experience provides piece of mind for our clients and her main priority is to make sure everyone has the best possible experience with Clancy Real Estate.
Melissa Killion has a calm, caring, guiding approach to home buying that has made her a success in real estate. She has a B.A. in Political Science and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology which has given her the ability to connect with her client while negotiating the best deal for them. She was born, raised, and still resides in the Capital Region. Melissa's "Whatever it Takes" mentality will be an asset to you whether you are buying or selling your home.
Derek Devenpeck was born and raised in Upstate New York. In 2006, he graduated from Albany’s Siena College with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. Derek joined the Clancy Real Estate team in 2013, where he quickly found his career calling.
Derek’s vast knowledge of the Capital Region, coupled with his extensive customer service background, make him invaluable to his clients. His hard work, honesty, commitment, and integrity are evidenced by his numerous real estate transactions and exceptionally happy clients.
Jacki Moon has been helping people buy and sell homes since 2004. Her greatest satisfaction is helping people with what is one of the biggest decisions they will make in life. Her perseverance and caring attitude makes her a great advocate for her clients.
Bill Hannon has over thirty years of commercial business experiences in sales, marketing and management plus new business development in the Information Technology professional services area. He has also been a founder and principle partner in the startup plus management of several very successful local Information Technology firms. Bill is a lifelong resident of the Capital District area who currently resides in the Town of Niskayuna for over the past 23 years. He is a volunteer member to such organizations as the Saratoga Automobile Museum, Proctors Theater and the Out of Control Ski Club.
Dawn Jacobson has
grew up in Central NY, but after graduating from Clarkson
University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and her MBA she moved to
Guilderland, NY and now calls the Capital District home. She has a strong
background in attending to the needs of clients and will work with you
